Save the answers your team repeats as Memory FAQs
Some questions come up in almost every meeting: what a plan includes, how a process works, what your policy is. Memory FAQs let you save the approved answer once. The Bridge Assistant and agents with FAQ search turned on can then reuse it instead of improvising.
What a Memory FAQ is
A Memory FAQ is a saved question-and-answer pair in Bridge. It lives in Memory, next to People and Companies, for questions you want answered the same way every time.
Good candidates are objections you always handle, pricing you always quote, a process you always explain and policies the assistant shouldn't invent.
Pick the questions worth saving
Start small. Open a few recent recaps and look for the same question asked more than once. Then check it against this list:
- New teammates ask it in their first weeks.
- Customers ask it on most calls, such as what a plan includes.
- A wrong guess would cause real harm, such as a refund or data-handling policy.
- The answer rarely changes. If it changes every week, keep it in the source document instead.
Create an FAQ
Creating one takes a minute:
- Go to Memory, then FAQs.
- Select Create FAQ.
- Enter the question, which is required, and the answer.
- Add context so Bridge knows when to use it. You can also limit the FAQ to a group.
- Click Create.
Write answers that can be reused word for word
Write the question the way people actually ask it. "Can our client join without an account?" matches real conversations better than "Guest access policy".
Lead the answer with yes, no or the number, then add the condition. Keep it complete on its own, with no "see above" or links people must open to understand it.
Here is an illustrative FAQ for a team that hosts client calls on Bridge:
- Question: Can our client join without a Bridge account?
- Answer: Yes. Guests open the meeting link, enter a display name, preview their camera and ask to join from the lobby. The host admits them.
- Context: Use when a client asks how to join a call we host on Bridge.
Let agents use the same answers
The Bridge Assistant can use an FAQ when someone asks something that matches its question and context. Workspace agents use FAQs only when their Memory FAQs search tool is on.
To turn it on, open the agent, go to the Tools step and enable Memory FAQs search. Do this for any agent that answers questions, especially one that contributes during meetings, where there's no time to check a reply first.
Keep the list accurate
A saved answer keeps being reused until someone changes it. A few habits keep the list trustworthy:
- Search the FAQ list before adding a new one, so two answers don't compete.
- Set visibility to Private, Team or Workspace. Keep a new answer private while you test it, then widen it.
- Delete an FAQ as soon as the answer no longer holds, for example after a pricing or policy change.
- Give one person ownership of each topic, so someone notices when an answer goes stale.
Before you start
Memory, including FAQs, is available on paid plans. Creating and using agents also needs a paid plan. New accounts start with a 14-day Professional trial, so you can test a few FAQs before you decide.
