An agenda that gets the meeting to a decision
A list of topics is not an agenda. Without a goal and a time box for each item, the first topic takes half the meeting and the decision you needed gets pushed to next week. A useful agenda says what the meeting is for, gives every item an owner and a number of minutes, and leaves time at the end to confirm what was agreed.
The AI Meeting Agenda Generator starts from the outcome you describe and works backwards. It splits the time you have across the items that lead to that outcome, adds talking points under each one, and lists what people should read or prepare before they join. If you list the attendees, it suggests who should lead each item from that list; if you leave them out, it does not invent names or roles. It finishes with the outcomes the meeting should leave with, so you can tell at the end whether it worked.
Use the result as a first draft. Paste it into the calendar invite or a shared doc, move items around and adjust the timings to fit your team.
Where a generated agenda helps
Planning and kickoff meetings
Turn a vague request for a planning session into a sequence of decisions with enough time for each one.
Meetings with people outside your team
Send partners or clients a clear agenda ahead of time so they arrive with the right people and the right information.
Short meetings that keep running over
A 30 minute slot with timed items makes it obvious when a topic needs its own meeting instead.
Workshops and reviews
Get a structure for retrospectives, design reviews or budget reviews, with prep listed so the session starts on time.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AI meeting agenda generator free?
Yes. Describe your meeting and get an agenda without creating an account.
What should I write in the goal?
The decision or result you want by the end of the meeting, in one or two sentences. "Agree on the Q4 roadmap" gives a far better agenda than "Discuss Q4".
Does the agenda fit the length I choose?
Yes. The item timings add up to exactly the length you pick, and the last item is kept for next steps and owners. Without a length, Bridge suggests realistic timings for each item.
Can I edit the agenda after it is generated?
Copy any section, or the whole agenda as Markdown, into your calendar invite, doc or chat tool and edit it there.
Can Bridge prepare me for meetings automatically?
Yes. With a free Bridge account, every meeting on your calendar gets a brief with who is attending, past conversations and suggested talking points. Learn more →
