Connect Attio to Bridge: CRM context in, record updates out
Connecting Attio lets Bridge read your Attio records, deals and pipeline before, during and after meetings. From a recap you can add notes or tasks and update contacts in Attio. Agents can look up a record, create a task or update fields. Bridge only reaches what your Attio account can already reach.
What the connection does
Attio is a CRM. The connection works in both directions: Bridge reads customer context into meetings, and writes meeting outcomes back to Attio.
| Direction | What happens | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Attio to Bridge | Bridge reads records, deals and pipeline data for use before, during and after meetings | An agent briefs you on a customer from their Attio record |
| Bridge to Attio | Bridge creates or updates Attio records from meeting content | A field on a record is updated after the meeting is summarized |
| Agents in Attio | Workspace agents look up a record, create a task or update fields | An agent creates a follow-up task after a call |
Connect Attio
Bridge respects the access you already have in Attio. Agents and automations only touch the records, lists and objects your account can reach.
- Go to Account settings → Integrations and open the CRM category.
- Choose Attio and follow the steps to connect it.
- Check that the connected Attio account can see the records you want Bridge to use.
Where Attio shows up in Bridge
Attio actions are available from upcoming meeting briefs, the live meeting room, recaps and the workspace Assistant. The suggested actions change with where you are.
| Where | Suggested Attio actions |
|---|---|
| Upcoming meeting | Attach preparation notes to a contact, or create preparation tasks |
| Recap | Add notes or tasks, or update contacts, from the finished meeting |
| Workspace Assistant | Lists what you can do with Attio and asks what you want |
| Workflow plan | Attio steps an agent can run, which you can approve, revise or skip |
Example: after a customer call
This example is illustrative. You finish a renewal call where the customer asked for a security review. You open the recap's Assistant and choose Attio.
You ask it to add a short note to the contact and create a task for the review. Then you open Attio and check both before you move on.
Let an agent do it every time
In a custom agent's Tools step, turn on Attio as a connector. Then choose a trigger, such as After every meeting.
Keep its job to the three agent actions: look up the record, create a follow-up task and update fields. Review what it writes before you let it run on every meeting.
Limits to know
- Bridge can only reach records your Attio account can access.
- Booking-page sync to a CRM is a HubSpot feature. Attio isn't part of booking sync.
- Custom agents, automatic triggers and workflow plans need a paid plan.
- Check field updates in Attio until you trust what the agent writes.
