Example output

Q3 Pricing Review

A sample summary. Yours follows the same layout.

Summary

The team agreed to keep the Starter price at $12 and raise Business to $28 from October 1, with existing customers keeping their current price until renewal. Annual billing moves to a 15% discount. Finance still needs to confirm the Q4 revenue impact before the change is announced, and the group did not settle whether sales can honor the old price for open deals.

Key takeaways

  • Business customers use about twice as many seats as a year ago, which the current price doesn't reflect.

  • Churn risk is highest for teams under five seats, so Starter stays as it is.

  • Sales wants a decision on open deals before the end of the quarter.

Decisions

  • Business goes from $24 to $28 per seat from October 1.

Brings the price in line with competitors at the same seat count.

  • Existing customers keep their price until their next renewal.

  • The annual discount drops from 20% to 15%.

Most annual customers said price was not why they chose annual billing.

Action items

  • Model the Q4 revenue impact of the new Business price

  • Draft the customer email announcing the change

  • Update the pricing page and checkout

A summary for the people who missed the meeting

Most meeting notes are written for the people who were in the room. They follow the order of the conversation, keep every tangent and leave the reader to work out what actually changed. A summary has a different job: someone who missed the call should understand the outcome in about a minute and know whether anything now depends on them.

The AI Meeting Summarizer reads the whole transcript and leads with the result, not the discussion. You get a short summary of the outcome, the takeaways worth remembering, the decisions that were made with the reason behind them, and the action items with the owner and due date when someone said them out loud. When people disagreed and nothing was settled, the summary says so instead of picking a side. Anything that was not said in the meeting stays out, so the summary never invents a deadline or puts a name against a task nobody agreed to.

It works with transcripts exported from Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, caption files, and plain text you paste in. Speaker labels make the owners clearer, but they are not required.

When a summary beats full notes

Updating a stakeholder who skipped the call

Send your manager or a client the outcome and the decisions instead of a recording they will never watch.

Catching up after time off

Run the transcripts of the meetings you missed and read what changed in a few minutes rather than an afternoon.

Posting the outcome in a team channel

Copy the summary as Markdown into Slack, Teams, Notion or a ticket so the team has one agreed version of what happened.

Keeping long recurring meetings honest

Weekly syncs drift. A short summary each week shows whether decisions are being made or the same questions keep coming back.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI meeting summarizer free?

Yes. Upload or paste a transcript and get your summary without creating an account or adding a card.

How is a summary different from meeting notes?

Notes record the discussion in order. A summary starts from the result: what was decided, why, and what happens next, short enough to read in about a minute.

Which transcript formats are supported?

Plain text (.txt, .md), caption files (.vtt, .srt) and PDFs with selectable text, up to 1 MB, from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and most other recorders. You can also paste up to about two hours of conversation.

Who can see my summary?

Anyone you share the link with. Links are long and random, summaries are never listed or indexed by search engines, and the transcript you upload is not used to train AI models.

Can Bridge summarize my meetings automatically?

Yes. Create a free Bridge account to record and transcribe your meetings, get a summary after every call and ask the AI assistant about any conversation. Learn more →
